I help adults untangle relationship patterns, heal from loss, and build a more secure sense of self in a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported, whatever your background, culture, or story.
A warm welcome…
I am Anna, a UKCP-registered humanistic psychotherapist with five years of experience working with adults across South West London. I offer face-to-face sessions in Wandsworth and Tooting and online.
I work with adults facing relationship difficulties, whether in marriage, partnerships, friendships, or family, along with the anxiety and emotional strain that often come with them.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, built on respect for your own capacity to grow and change, and on an understanding of how the nervous system and early experience shape the way we relate to others and ourselves.

“The past cannot be changed, but the future is yet in your power”
Do any of these feel familiar?
“I cannot stop thinking about my ex..”, “I find it difficult to end my current relationship..”, “I seem to attract the wrong people all the time..”, “My family creates so much stress in my life..”, or “I do not know how to keep friendships going the way I used to.” Emotionally, you might be feeling “I do not feel like myself anymore..” or “I feel stuck and do not know how to move forward.”
If any of this sounds familiar, you are not alone, and you do not have to work it out by yourself. Together, we can figure out what has been happening and find a way forward. Over time, many people discover a stronger sense of what they need, so their relationships, with others and with themselves, can begin to feel more mutual and fulfilling.
Areas I can help with
Together, we can explore some of the challenges that may be keeping you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. Therapy offers a space to better understand these patterns and begin moving towards lasting change.
Breakups can leave you questioning yourself, your relationships, and your future. Together, we will make sense of what happened, process the grief, and explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
Whether you are struggling with conflict, communication, trust, or emotional closeness, therapy offers a space to develop healthier ways of connecting with others.
If dating feels exhausting, disappointing, or repetitive, we can explore the beliefs, attachment patterns, and experiences that may be influencing your relationships, helping you build connections that feel healthier and more secure.
Many of the ways we relate to others are shaped by our early experiences. Together, we will explore how these patterns developed and how meaningful change is possible.
If you often put others first or feel responsible for meeting the needs of everyone around you, therapy can help you build healthier boundaries and make choices that feel right for you.
People-pleasing often develops as a way of feeling accepted, avoiding conflict or staying emotionally safe. Together, we will explore where these patterns come from and help you feel more confident expressing your own needs without guilt.
Going through a divorce or separation can bring up a mix of grief, relief, anger, and uncertainty, often all at once. Therapy offers a space to process the practical and emotional sides of separating, and to find clarity about what comes next.
I work with challenges in current relationships, as well as the impact of estrangement and bereavement. Bereavement and estrangement can have a profound impact on how we experience ourselves and our relationships. Therapy offers a supportive space to process grief, loss, and the complex emotions that can accompany these experiences.
Discovering that trust has been broken can shake your sense of reality as much as the relationship itself. Therapy offers space to process the shock and decide what you need going forward.

A little about me
I am 53, and I have lived in the UK for the past 30 years; before that, in Eastern Europe and North Africa, which means I bring genuine lived experience of immigrant life to how I listen, without assuming there is one right way to be a partner, a parent, or a person. Before training as a psychotherapist (MSc Humanistic Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute), I spent years in finance in the City while raising my family, so I know what it is like to hold everything together on the outside while something else is happening underneath. I know how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. My aim is to offer a calm, steady, and respectful space where you can begin to breathe again.
Session Fees
I offer a free 15-minute consultation over the phone for new clients to work out the best way to move forward. I offer a sliding scale for standard sessions because I recognise that the financial commitment can sometimes be a barrier to accessing therapy. Your fee in the £70-£80 range is something we can talk through together.
Face to face or online: £70–80 per session (50 minutes). Longer sessions for specific issues: £105 per session (90 minutes).
