I work humanistically, which means I believe in your capacity for growth and self-understanding. Rather than fixing problems for you or telling you what to do, my role is to create a space where we explore what is happening, understand its origins, and find a way forward together. I am an active therapist: I ask questions, share reflections, and stay engaged throughout the process, so you are never working things out on your own.
Therapy with me is relational. The relationship between us is built on honesty, warmth, and genuine curiosity, and it is part of what makes change possible. I bring myself into the room as a real, present person.
